To Our Valued Customers:

Foremost, we urge everyone to do their part in helping stop the spread of coronavirus.  Stay Home.  Stay Safe.  Save Lives.

Fick & Sons provides petroleum and propane transportation, retail fuel centers, diesel repair services, and hotel lodging (FEMA listed), all listed as essential critical infrastructure workforce members by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  Therefore, we must and will continue most of our operations.

All measures are being taken to protect both our team members and customers at this time.  We have implemented social distancing guidelines in all aspects of business, continue to disinfect areas routinely per CDC recommendations and are taking additional precautions to protect our employee’s.

In order to continue to safeguard both our team member’s and customers, we will be temporarily closing our propane office lobbies until further notice.  Our goal is to have them open again by April 13th, the final day of the stay at home order, but in this unprecedented time, that could change (whether earlier or later).  We will continue to keep you updated as we know more.  Please take note of the following propane office lobby closings effective Wednesday, 3/25/2020:

  • Grayling Propane Office
  • Mikado Propane Office (Lincoln Marathon will be doing propane cylinder fills)
  • Houghton Lake Propane Office (we ask our HL area customers to please call the Grayling office)
  • West Branch Propane Office

While the lobbies are closed, you can still call your local propane office to schedule deliveries, make payments, and have any questions or concerns answered.   Hours will remain the same, 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday.  You can also visit us at www.fickandsons.com for bill pay and requesting propane.  You can go to Charlie’s Country Corner (Exit 251) to have your propane cylinders filled or if you’re in need of recreational fuel. Our Sunny Spot location in Roscommon is able to do propane cylinder exchanges.

We realize the inconvenience this may cause many of you, however we must do our part to protect our employee’s and customers.  Fick & Sons is committed to safety and will continue to provide many of our services in these challenging times.  We ask for your patience if any of these changes will inconvenience you and again ask you to do your part in stopping the spread of coronavirus.  Together we can get through this!

Notice: We have closed our propane office lobbies as precautions to COVID-19Learn More
